Question about plugins in 3d max

I searched for plugins, but haven't found any answer, soo...

Are we allowed to use some certain plugins?

(I only understood that "in theory" we can(not)) :confused:

you can use plug ins, we have already discussed this topic this season

u can use plugings but good luck getting the money, they're really expensive!
