We are needing help on how to setup our OI. We have lost the CD and none of us here know what to do. Thanks

Do you have a specific question? The only "setup" necessary is to set the team number by flipping the proper switches. In your case, team 388 is represented in binary as 000110000100 (that's 256 + 128 + 4).
