One of the rules say that our team number needs to be visible from both sides and needs to be 3" high. What i don't understand is what is 3/4" stroke?

Thank you."Stroke" is the thickness of the line used to write the number. An elementary example: a lowercase "L" (which looks like a vertical line) written this way would be 3" high and 3/4" wide.
