problems loading code with Easy C

So, when I try and load code to the robot, and I am using the intllitek loader that comes w/ Easy C, it won't let me change ports, it just says "Failed to open COM port #1" or whatever port I try. Am I missing something?

Uhhh, I have some problems with that too, but I just changed the comport number and it worked.
