Wire Rope

Does anybody know where I can find a wire rope sheave, well 12 actaully for a 1/16 bare, 3/32 coated wire rope, with and outside diameter of equal or less than an inch...
This sheave has to be rated over 200 lbs working strength...
I have checked on Granger as well as McMaster-Carr with no luck...
I would like to avoid having to make these or murder another part if at all possible...
Any and all help would be greatly accepted...

Search locally for a wire rope/cable company. Here in Indy its Tway cable.

Local companies can be quite helpful and sometimes will give you the stuff for free.
