This weeks hint seems to be an equilateral triangle but I can't think of any possible titles.
Past hints:
Elephant's eye could be a camera lens
Brain could be the I/O

I'll try though:

Location would be southern US/northern Mexico, in the central part of the continent. Maybe that means something?

Yes and they are posted three times so I assume that has some signifigance. What, I have no idea.

I did some hunting on the coordinates. They are in the San Diego/Tijuana area. I actually found something about a restricted zone for a Super Bowl--including the first set of coordinates! (date: 2003) Going off to do more thinking for a while now...
