we discovered that mecanums dont drive sideways 90 degrees if the wieght on each wheel is not even distributed!!!! doh!!! just a tip to you folks, if your using a mass that is relatively heavy, i suggest using supports on all 4 sides of your base to distribute the load of it evenly, this is for all of you who might be having some trouble getting them to drive correctly, thanks.
