Any tips on how to utilize the IR controller via programming in EasyC??

We were wondering if there was any sample code or suggestions on getting it to work. We understand the mechanics of training the ir sensor, etc...But do not have any real team support with programming (other than basic driving programming)...Any sample code, suggestions, assistance, etc. would be appreciated...
