View Full Version : Kevin Watson's gyro code isn't compling

We are trying to get our gyro up and running, so we downloaded Kevin's gyro code. If we try to compile it, it gives an error saying that it cannot compile FRC_library. We thought it might be an outdated version of the library, but when we put in a new version of the library in the code, it gave the same error. We really want to get the gyro running and appreciate the help.

What version of the compiler are you using? It sounds like you might be using 2.4. Make sure to follow all the directions in the readme.txt.

We are pretty sure the problem you stated is our problem, except the other way. We found that we are using C18 v3.15. We are currently searching for our MPLAB CD to install v2.4, and update to 3.1.

Thank you for your response.Just download the 3.16 update and apply it and you should be good to go.
