Our Ir board is not working. Does anyone have an extra board that they can donate to us?

what's wrong?
is it fried? or is it OK, but you can't use it?

if you've got that problem, when you can 'learn' the remote, but not use it,
we can help =]

No, It is fried. It was working earlier, but somehow we may reversed polarity or something. We went through the troubleshooting and none of it worked.
