Here's our robot named 'Aurora'. It's 99.9% done (some minor cleanup). Here's a few videos of what we can do:

Placing ball and Knocking it off: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyAr4pdf1bk

Not bad for a rookie team! :D

Nicely done! You should be very proud of all you have accomplished!

One word of advice, from having read comments from today's scrimmages, there is the potential for serious damage due to collisions on the track. See if you can either strengthen your arm manipulators, or minimize how much time they are in the forward, down position - which looks very vulnerable based on your video.

Best of luck this year!

Heh, this looks exactly like the design we were about to go with before we realized that launching the ball was possible.

Wow Awesome sauce. Thats some high quality stuff especially for a rookie team. One question tho, How do you look on the 80" Rule ( R16) especially with bumpers attached. I noticed you have a Really wide and long gripper, its the maximum horizontal dimension so back corner to opposite gripper corner, I know we are really close on ours like 78" I just was wondering because you have a long arm and long gripper if your having similar trouble, would hate to see it get penalties because of something that can probably be fixed before ship.

We're barely within the 80".
