I like it. Very simple design, I never thought of the robot "hugging" the ball.

Hehe, she does the same thing to us as well. Except when she decided to drive off the 3' table we were testing her out on; one of the students engaged autonomous mode on accident. (We are now designing blocks to put her on.) We thought she was "lucky" to sustain only 2 bent supports and a broken wheel. All were repaired in less than 2 hours. We also thought it was an appropriate name given our biggest sponsor is Luck Stone Corp.

Sounds like the "he fell off his high chair when he was a kid" story. Lucky is quite the character.
cant see it on the school comps but it sounds like it should do well durring comp
