I was surfing the sites of teams attending the New Jersey Regional and I came across as teaser that hasn't been posted anywhere else on the web for team 25's 2008 Robot Jughandle. It is hidden on the site and as an alumnus, I am bound by secrecy to get the biggest bribe possible to tell you where it is

I think I found it but I'm not sure if it is legitimate. Am I on the right track with this:
