This will be the closest thing you'll get for awhile (especially since the tornado hit)

A good approximation can be found in Section 3.6.3.2 of the manual. I'd actually assume the 8:00 opening time (Thursday through Saturday) is more correct.

How do the teams get selected for the different divisions?? Are they placed in the divisions randomly, or do they get placed based on where they're coming from regionally?

Actually, it seems to be by number. Groups of four numbers. I'm not sure what algorithm they'll use.
While the pits for FRC are HUGE, please try and take a few minutes to go through the FLL pits, the FTC pits, register for the conference sessions, and go through the Chairman's Award winners' Hall of Fame. Some people never get beyond their own program, which is really a shame - this is a great opportunity to learn all about FIRST!

There are a couple of algorithms that could be used. They could go in order or in serpentine order, or the Dave Lavery order.
Example:
Field Order: Newton Galileo Archimedes Curie
Normal: 1, 2, 3, 4; 5, 6, 7, 8
Serpentine: 1, 2, 3, 4; 8, 7, 6, 5
Dave Lavery: Well, we really don't know the Dave Lavery order, only that it involves water in some way.
