I have a general question about how teams become eligible for going to Atlanta. From what I have heard, only the 3 winning teams, the Rookie All-Star team, and the Chairman's award winners get to go to Atlanta. This means, that if everyone gets to Atlanta, there would be 40% non-regional winners, and 60% regional winners. However, the team list on The Blue Alliance (http://www.thebluealliance.net/championship08/divisions.php) it appears as if there are more non-regional winning teams, than regional winning teams.
Are there other ways to get to Atlanta other than what I have stated above, or am I wrong, or am I just seeing things:D ?
