I know the WPI BattleCry was webcast, were the videos archived anywhere? And if they were will they be put in an accessable place for everyone to watch them?

If someone can get the scores and videos to The Blue Alliance we'd love to put them up. The scores on the BC website are in a bad form, but if they can get ported to a CSV sort of like these (http://www.thebluealliance.net/cdvideo/Forms/) they'll be easy to add.

Do you also happen to have video of the robocoach skills test? Those were awesome.

All the video mixing this year was done on a NewTek TriCaster (http://www.newtek.com/tricaster/), and the matches were directly recorded to the TriCaster's hard drive with the correct match numbers (except for the few times when I forgot to hit the button to indicate a new match was starting). Therefore the people doing the encoding and uploading of the video should have an easier time this year than last year, since they won't have to go through and split up 12.5 hours of video. It will still take time to encode everything though -- the uncompressed video was over 200GB. And yes, the RoboCoach Skills Test was recorded as well, and will probably be uploaded to the web site.

I was wondering if the videos are in the process of being posted on TBA.

I Just want to know if I should or should not expect them to be there soon.

I'm not sure if much has been done to parse the video yet. I can't speak for the others (specifically the people who have the video), but I'm just now beginning to recover from BC8 and get back into the normal swing of things.

I'll try to nag people about this!
