My friends and I came up with Competition Day. Every Thursday during the school year, you turn anything and everything into a competition. Having a conversation, challenge someone. Challenge your teachers, friends, your wife, your dog. I usually win against the dog.
e.g. My teacher was talking about equilibrium, I didn't care nor was I paying attention (don't worry I ace this class). I burst out, "Miss, I bet i have more equilibrium than you." She responds, "Noooo..." I respond, "I challenge you to an equilibrium off." She looked at me weird and got on with the class. This is an obvious sign of forfeit, so I WIN.
Try it next Thursday its fun

You gotta look at it this way. You may not be able to participate in competition day, but you're also done with high school forever.

Every Thursday during the school year
Why just during the school year?
Of course, please remember to use discretion with unsuspecting victims...er, citizens. Some folks don't like to be (or should not be) challenged, while others are, well, excessively challenged.
Everyone knows people who have a tendency to one-up people. So it's fun to one-up them back to the point where things just start getting ridiculous.

Why just during the school year?
It's just more fun in school. Plus people outside of school don't really know. I also figured that every thursday of the year would be a little excessive.
We make an event out of it though. Every week, "can't wait til competition day." we usually all just rip our science teacher apart, kind of a $@#$@#$@#$@#$@# and kinda losing her mind.

Why is this ok to do to your teacher? What is the benefit and what type of attitude does it promote?
