Just saw this article about how a couple of FIRST teams are now competing for the Lunar X Prize. Way to go!!

Nope, but they're in NC according to the article.

STELLAR: Based in North Carolina and led by Dick Dell (http://us.rd.yahoo.com/dailynews/space/sc_space/storytext/fournewteamsjoinmoonroverrace/27591560/SIG=10muhutd0/*http://www.dell.com/), Team STELLAR includes team members from Insight Technologies, the Advanced Vehicle Research Center and North Carolina State University. The team plans to highlight educational outreach, and includes volunteers from two schools that participate in the FIRST Robotics competition, which is a national high school competition based in the United States.

I think they are the former members of Insight Racing, a DARPA Grand Challenge team.
