I'm in need of a small Lithion-Ion or Lithium Polymer charing and balancing circuit. Ideally it would be a PCB without a housing or anything, and less than 3" square and 1/2" thick. But, I'm open to seeing what's out there. It needs to be able to charge a 6S2P lithium battery (at a slow rate).

I'm no expert in the area, but based on the charges I have seen/used for my lithium batteries; that size requirement is a little harsh.

I've been looking for a couple days, but probably not in the correct places. I don't want a hobby charger, I want something designed more for an OEM application. Also, it needs to take DC current as the input.

This post isn't really too much of a help, besides marking off websites that have been checked out. Sparkfun had these (http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=726) two (http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=8293), but they don't have enough spank for the 4400 mAh 22.2V battery you are looking to charge. Sorry :/

I would not ignore RC shops, they often have exactly what you're looking for.
For example, TowerHobbies has this this balancer (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMRZ9&P=7) (up to 6S).
Also, if you buy the LiPo packs there, they usually come with tiny load balancers shrink-wrapped to the cells.
