IIRC, not this year. 2010, I think.

Edit: I was asked about where I got this. After some searching, I found:

The official FAQ (http://first.wpi.edu/2009_FRC_Controller_FAQ_FINAL.pdf) indicates that things are under development, but that Victors (PWM interface) and similar devices will likely be used for the short term. No CAN capability there.
