today we found out that a faulty c-channel that we had gotten in the kit caused our robot to handle improperly and caused gears to mesh wrong. i warn you to check all of your parts before you use them in construction to save you time and hassle.

Anyone know how much the "lag" for ordering extra parts is?

i will post a picture on saturday morning, but the holes on opposing walls of the c channel didnt line up so our axle was crooked thus causing our gears to misalign thus causing a binding problem that set us back a week in the matter of our drive train.
here is how the holes looked. imagine an axle going between the two "o"'s. Ignore the periods.
