Second Event Registration Rescheduled for Friday

This was sent to us from FIRST:Second Event Registration Rescheduled for Friday, October 24 at 12:00 noon EDT.

Due to a power outage in Manchester, NH the FIRST internet connection to the TIMS server is currently down. Our IT staff have been working to correct this problem but we are unsure as to when the system will be up and running. We will notify teams when the connection is fixed via email and postings on our website

In fairness to teams who may not be able to register beyond the planned for 12:00 pm today time slot, we are re-scheduling Second Event Registration for tomorrow, October 24th at 12:00 noon EDT.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Am I reading this backwards, or is it written that way? It looks like it says they're delaying it until tomorrow because some teams could only register today. :confused:

I think what they are trying to say is that some teams may have planned around registering at 12:00 and may not be available to do so later in the day. In fairness to these teams they are delaying until 12:00 tomorrow.
