View Full Version : [TBA]: Video Drop Audio Quality
I'm getting some new equipment for next year (for recording and possibly webcasting) and I realized that I didn't know if the audio output from drop box was stereo or mono (I'm getting some video splitters so I won't monopolize multiple jacks on the drop box). I know this is a strange question, but maybe someone might know / would be able to see if the two channels of audio were different.
Thanks!

All of the A/V connections that I've seen at FIRST events have provided a mono feed only.
Ok, that's easier for me! Thank you very much!

I can also confirm that audio from the drop box is mono-only.

its mono- only. I would have to recommend the Pinnacle Video Transfer (http://www.amazon.com/Pinnacle-Video-Transfer-Less-Device/dp/B0015E2PQM) for web video. It does a good job of taking a component connection and recording H.264 video right to a hard drive.
