Just a consensus. I'd like to know, to show to my team. If you do use names, please post your levels, and the names for them.
Thanks.

Hahahahha!!! I knew someone had something outside of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Not that using those are necessarily bad, but I wanted to see some of the ones that the teams got creative with.
We're the Bearcats, so I wanted to do something like:
Cub
Big Bear
Grizzly Bear
Papa Bear (our robot name) :D
But that didn't go over well. I don't know why. So we ended up with:
Radium
Uranium
Plutonium
I'd still like to do the bear-related ones, though.

We don't have sponsor levels. Everyone gets displayed on the robot and the T-shirt.
(Clarification: This was on team #1552, I don't know how it will work now that I'm at CSM, we haven't started the FRC season yet, still wrapping up FLL stuff)

How about Baby Bear, Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Goldilocks?

Now, the real question is. Does one option yield a greater donation average then the other?

My team knows from experience that setting your donation "tiers" too low will lead to much lower donations. Companies will donate right to the tier regardless of your team's actual needs.

Since 2005, my team has been able to raise 100,000.00 per year.
Please check out our website at waialuarobotics.com to see our sponsorship levels for the 2008 season.
We dont use any particular levels other than the amounts which are categorized and the types of sponsorship such as grants, corporate, etc.
Please excuse the grammatical errors we need to correct.

I know doesn't really effect the actual donations, but we were discussing it [read: arguing] between members, so I wanted to know what most teams used.
We have three tier levels: >$499, $500-$999, $1,000+
I suggested more levels. I think you can see what the consensus said...
EDIT: Thanks for the website, waia.
