As I said before, members, Advanced Search, (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/memberlist.php?do=search) search by Team Number. Most if not all of the teams have somebody here on CD.

It's not exactly given, but it's a mailto link. There are probably other teams that do the same thing.

For 111, at the bottom of their homepage, there's a questions/comments link that's also a mailto.

I'm from Team 27, there is a "contact us" form or you can click on the links that say "email Kyle Hughes" or "email shannon moegling" it is an actual email address, not a form. If it still doesn't work PM me and I will try to get you in touch with someone.
