Were you asking about this simulator that Paul G introduced during the kick off broadcast?
Take a look here: Link to recent 5th Gear discussion (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67395&highlight=simulator)
and here: 5th Gear discussion with links to other FRC simulation threads (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67316&highlight=gblake)

yeah thats what I'm talking about, the one from the kickoff...Those links helped but still no download...This post in the first of those linked threads is the one that tells you 2-3 weeks before the simulator will be available for downloading... http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showpost.php?p=790269&postcount=18

For now, keep your head down and continue designing/building your real machine.

After that is well underway, the simulator will become available, and you will be able to adjust some of the simulation parameters to line up with the gross characteristics of your real machine. You can then start playing a few matches against teammates - either just-for-fun, or for more serious analysis and practice.
