WPI Programming Reference Guide CHM? [Archive]

Ok CD,

We have been trying to get the C/C++ Programming Reference Guide (http://first.wpi.edu/Images/CMS/First/CProgrammingReference.chm). It downloads a CHM file and it doesn't work on three different laptops. So, what is the dealio with this chm?
