Setup Axis Camera - ERROR

Hi,All.

We are having this problem, someone knows how to resolve this?

when I use the "setup axis camera", i get the message "Unable to log into the camera. Manually create a user with username "FRC" and password "FRC", or restore the camera to the factory settings and run this program again."

but I already did this config: username and password "FRC" & "FRC" in teh camera.

The best way I've seen to fix this is to do a hard reset of the camera, then connect it to your PC and try Setup AXIS Camera.

Restore that camera and use "root" for the name
