i have to say, its pretty easy to control

Yeah, could you please put the video or youtube, or post a link to the QT video so I can download it and play it with something besides Quicktime? (I don't want Quicktime on my computer)

I'm glad to see I'm not the only person who feels that way.

It's absolutely ridiculous that they can't just release a codec and allow us to use any player we want to play quicktime movies. I can find just as many reasons to hate apple and all the proprietary "use only our hardware and software" games they play as I can with windows.
