Put a Jaguar PWM cable on electric break switch?

I'm sure it is possible, but would it be legal to have a pwm cable on the elecronic break jumper so that you can switch it between the electronic break and no electric break during a match?

Only need to feed the middle lead on the coast/break connector. See the getting started guide here:
