Generic file I/O error

After saving a vi, and attempting to open on another computer, and also the same computer it was saved on, we get a message saying, "LabVIEW: Generic file I/O error" Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

File size is too big, it's 124.7 kb and it only allows 100 kb, we just remade the vi completely and it works fine.
