Quick question, maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but for the Animation, when using an original piece of music written and performed by team members, isn't there some sort of permission slip or form that they have to sign to say we have permission to use the music? If so, could someone point me in the direction of it, i cannot seem to find it

If it's not copyrighted I do not think you need permission.

Alright, thanks man
By that he means that if the music is under copyright by somebody else, then you must demonstrate that they've given you permission. No need to give permission to yourself.

If anybody needs royalty free music sounds, there are tons of sites out there like Flashkit and Freesounds.org whose sole purpose is just that.
