RE: USB ports not working

Hi,

We are having issues with the USB ports on the Driver Station. Basically, ports 3 and 4 are not giving us any data. We updated the firmware to the 1-22-09c version, and then only port 1 was operational. We have tried almost every possible method of troubleshooting, but we have no idea of what is wrong. Does anyone here have similar issues/ possible solutions/suggestions? We are desperate!

You must use the USB ports in sequential order, so using ports 3 & 4 while nothing is pluged into 1 and 2 wont work, that is how it works with our Driver Station

Yea, we had the joysticks plugged in sequentially, but it still didn't work.
