Hello, our team has currently had a question about the sequence of our victor lights, we crrently have 7 victors and all lights flash orange when deactivated but one of the 7 victors flashes its orange light inbetween the flashes of the other 6 victors. We were wondering if this is a common problem or if it a serious one, can some one please inform me?

The flash sequence has nothing to do with the internals of the Victor--it's just designed to let you know its receiving no PWM input. As long as the motor can't run in that state, the flash pattern doesn't really matter.

If you had a pwm signal going to the off-timed Victor, then stopped it, it would begin blinking. So all the other victors didn't get signals so their flashing sequence started at the same time. It won't do anything so no worries.

Matt,
The Victors are not synchronized so the flashing is random. There is no signal running to all of the Victors to tell them to turn on the LED at the same time. In all likelyhood, the odd one just responds slower to the absence of drive signals or has a slightly different clock crystal frequency. I bet if you were to leave the robot for a few minutes in this condition you would find others flashing at different rates as well.

Victor 883s had a much faster flash rate. Make sure you don't accidentally have one of those.
