Problem Ordering batteries

We tried to log on to the MK web site specified in the battery ordering PDF. We used the account# and username provided in the PDF and get the error "please check your password and try again".

Anyone else have the same problem?

We had the same problem. I called MK Battery at (800) 372-9253 & the woman I talked to said they were having trouble with the FIRSTTEAM logon.

But she was happy to take my order over the phone (like they did way back before the internet) :D
