i want to ask if logitech extreme 3d pro joystick is allow to use in addition to the Attack 3 one ?

Search in the manual, and you'll find that no rule prohibits its use. So, yes, you can use one. (We have one sitting in our shop right now, actually)

Something in the neighborhood of 70-90 degrees, if I remember correctly.
