cRio doesn't re-image

We are trying to get our cRio to reimage and it keeps saying that it cannot connect to the IP address, it says something about the subbnet, but I have never had troubles with it untill the new update v11 i believe.

Everything up to date with the newest version right? That includes the cRio and Windriver or Labview, which ever one your using.

If you have both wired and wireless networks on your computer, try turning the wireless off. Having both active sometimes confuses things when the computer isn't sure which one to use to communicate with a particular device.
