Am I allowed to embed the Lunacy animation video in my website? Is there a way I can do it and give proper citation?

The FRC Communications Resource Center (http://www.usfirst.org/community/resourcecenter.aspx?id=952) isn't particularly clear on its usage; you might want to try contacting Marian Murphy (mmurphy@ the obvious domain) for proper guidance on its use.
