Not bad, it looks pretty good.

Despite the content being wonderful, the design discourages me from reading it. The whole gray and black scheme just isn't working for me. However, I do like how there is pictures on just about every page, that does make it more interesting.

A HUGE thing I noticed, though, when looking at your code there was a big no-no. Tables should not be used to structure the layout of a website. CSS should be used to put the page together because tables should only be used for tabular data.
