Do you get an email even if you didn't win the website excellence?
And has anyone gotten one from Sac Regional?

They usually don't send those out until after the Championships (Correct me if I'm wrong)

You're right.
After CMP They will send out excellence buttons (80+ higher avg score at any event) and then they will send out the custom Regional Winner buttons, they are often sent together if a team has won best website.

Like everyone else said in this thread, you should receive the buttons after the Championship. I received our award buttons on May 2nd last year.
