I am looking for a few suggestions.
What should I use to get some video feedback?
Also, does anyone know of an RC contoller, that can control 4 motors independently?

It would help if you'd give us a better idea of what you're trying to do.
There are 2.4ghz wireless "baby monitor" video systems you can buy at retail stores.
The vex transmitter/reciever and signal splitter is a low cost way to get independent control of 4 motors, although you need to add 4 speed controllers (banebots sells some of different current ratings). If you just need small motors you could use vex motors (they are essentially a servo with no stop)

This is what came to mind for me too. You could even use the Vex camera kit (http://www.vexrobotics.com/vex-robotics-color-camera-kit.shtml) while you're at it.

Also, it depends on what you want to do. I THINK that the 2.4gHz stuff is allowed to control airborne vehicles but if you go with a cheaper non-digital transmitter you may have to check the frequencies so as not to run afoul of the FCC.
Also, Im not sure how the VEX controller works but I dont think it has a failsafe on each channel. If you are doing anything large you will probably WANT some sort of failsafe in place.
Camera wise a quick bit of googling showed up http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9189 as an option.
Here are some 4 channel receivers http://www.robotmarketplace.com/products/rc_radios_4_channel.html
Here is a 6 channel digital one

Just ideas of places to look. Hope this helps.
