I don't know the answer to these, but a couple people have it say "I am Looking Forward" under their name. (some people did and don't anymore) I'm assuming that these are the people.(I don't know though, I could be wrong).

Anyone who wants to spend a few hours doing the research will discover, pretty unambiguously, the true identity of Looking Forward.

But I choose to not know, because that cuts out a bunch of the fun involved.

Looking Forward is what appears to be a group that is awesome at researching and centralizing information and encompassing empirical data with raw yet experienced deductive reasoning. They [He/She] is the awesome.

Seriously though, Looking Forward is like Green Lantern. Most people think it is one guy, but he is really an entire Corps. Maybe we should call him the Looking Forward Corps. Perhaps Cd is their Oa. Now all they need is power rings and a motto and they are set.
