OK, my entry:

Team 1511 learns that they have been awarded the Regional Chairman's Award at the 2009 Chesapeake regional.

(really, there's nothing more to say about that. Except congratulations).

RCA is a serious award, so I have a serious caption this week. Maybe not a winner in this contest, but I bow to 1511 as a shining example of doing IT right
