Also, to make the teams more fair, it should be done by last number of team instead of first character of name. For example, if A's were odd and B's were even, being on team 33 would put me on team A.

Wouldn't that be the Odd v Even game on another thread? Odd is kicking tail on that thread as well. I'm not sure there is a good way to evenly balance the teams. It starts pretty competitive, but then by this point, one team is dominating.
