Very nice! looks like something you'd see on an old Dodge :)

Do you have a flat, or other type of indexing thing to keep the two eccentrics aligned with each other?

The bolt it self has a flat milled down it's length. Each cam has a "d" hole.

Each wheel can be removed through the pocket. the openings are larger on the bottom to facilitate sprockets or other drive components. The center shaft is held in place with snap rings. Once the outside ring is removed the wheel is free to lift out....provided you've removed the chains.

There is no doubt this is a challenging chassis to assemble initially, but I'm hoping to be able to offer it much cheaper than the Universal Chassis. It has many of the same features and is "rock solid" once it is assembled.

Great product! One that won't unleash a fury of posts as to whether or not it is legal as well :). How heavy is it?

Better not have the same stupid discussion again. Its been beaten to death.

Another great product, Anthony. :)

Yay for time savings. And I'd also like an estimate on price as well as weight.

As pictured, with chains, 7.4 lbs. This particular rail is 27" long. A 37" version will also be available.

Price is not yet set.

Tony,
Do you have any holes drilled for bumper mounting? Perhaps slots to set the bumper into and then a firm attachment on the bottom. You know someone is going to do it. What is the travel on the tensioning adjustments? I take it the front and back wheels are slightly higher than the center? Are you bringing one to IRI?

As of now there are no extra features incorporated. I am investigating bumper mounts, toughbox mounts and solutions for the Andymark suite of shifters.

Total travel at each wheel is 1".

There is a non-adjustable .125" rocker built into the chassis.

I will have this with me at IRI along with the Wild Swerve modules and the Universal Chassis, both long and short.
