Looking for "Bubbles" team

Folks,

There was an FRC team at the last Championship (April 09) that made their own composite material (laminate on foam) for much of the structure of their robot.

I think the team I am looking for was based in Eastern Virginia and called thier robot Bubbles.

Can anyone connect me to a person from that team?
