Wiring Sensor to Analog Input on DS

Hi all,

We're trying to wire a sensor to the Analog Input on the DS, and we can't remember how exactly to wire it up and I can never seem to find the answer on CD (though I know it exists... somewhere).

Anyone know the answer?

What kind of sensor?

The Driver Station analog inputs are pin-sets 1-4
From top pin to bottom pin:

Signal
+5V
Ground
