FIRST Windchill Server

Hello,

Is anyone else having troubles accessing the FIRST Windchill server? We have been having issues on our end for the weekend, and were wondering if this is wide spread or related to our teams project. Anyone else unable to get a login prompt or access your data?

I can't get it either (not through Pro/E or a standalone browser). And actually, it looks like the entire PTC website (http://www.ptc.com) is giving trouble.

Mark Fischer (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?u=21805) had mentioned a while back that the data was backed up through PTC's corporate system, so don't worry about stuff going missing.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The server is back on-line and operational.

All your data is backed up and has not been lost.

WE have monitoring tools in place to oversee these outages, but are confident this will not be a regular occurrence.
