The contest deadline is 19th Oct 11:59:59 PM
INCITE is a rare opportunity that only comes along once in a while. One team
will become the Grand Prize winner and will receive $1000 in 80/20 extrusion materials to build their design or use a $1000 credit towards 80/20 parts purchase for your FIRST events.
This is an internet based design activity. Using the VizSeek website and the 80/20 widget, students are to create a material handling project like a battery cart, robot transport cart, tool cart, competition pit, etc. The students can work in groups or as individuals. The contest is to create these designs, then students and other interested people will vote (on line) to select the top three designs, then 80/20 will select a champion. This contest was created through a NSF grant as a model for future contests.
