Dartfish offers a free one-month trial to anyone.

My son downloaded Dartfish to see how easy it was to use for a trebuchet contest for NH Techfest on November 14th, 2009 (www.nhtechfest.org).

It is truly sick...

Within an hour or two, we had useful technical data of the physics of a trebuchet.

As you can see, it even works with low-res video from a Blackberry.
We will get DV quality video by Wednesday.

I hope they pick team 241 as one of the 50 teams.
